"So frustrating when everything I wanted was gone"
I was disappointed because half the stuff in my cart was out of stock again. It’s really frustrating when you get excited to order something and then realize you can’t actually buy most of it.

"Checking out shouldn’t be this hard"
I was just trying to place an order, but the payment kept failing over and over. It got frustrating, honestly. I get that glitches happen, but at a basic level, customers should be able to check out without this much hassle

I was hoping this would be handled more privately, but the billing name on my statement was way too obvious. That kind of made me question the overall quality and attention to detail, honestly. Not cool

"Decent order experience, but the emails were a lot"
The site was fine and my order went through without any real issues, but after I signed up, the emails just kept coming way too often. It also wasn’t super clear what I was agreeing to communication-wise, which was annoying. I did manage to unsubscribe eventually, but it took longer than it should have. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating

I’m still waiting for my refund to show up, and it keeps getting pushed back with no clear answer. It feels like there’s no real person on the other end actually looking into it, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Shipping was kinda okay"
Ordering was easy enough, no issue there, but shipping ended up being slower than I thought. It took few days before I even got tracking update, and then couple more days before it really started moving. Wasn’t terrible or anything, just not fast. Package did arrive in good shape though, so that was good. I might order again, but probably not if I need something quick.
"Returning it was honestly kind of a hassle"
So, yeah, the whole return process was just kind of a headache. It took way longer than I expected, i was just waiting around like, okay, what’s going on here? Not the worst thing ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Felt like there wasn’t a real person behind it"
The product pages felt vague and a little too salesy to me. I couldn’t really tell what was actually included or how the sizing was supposed to work, so I kept second-guessing everything. It also kind of had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person there to explain things or reassure you, which made it hard to trust buying anything.

"I’ll give Adam & Eve credit for..."
I’ll give Adam & Eve credit for having a good selection, and I did find a few things I was interested in. But actually using the site was kind of a pain. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to narrow things down correctly, and items kept shifting around while I was trying to browse. It was especially annoying on my phone, where the whole layout felt cluttered and jumpy.
The checkout process is where I finally got frustrated. I had to enter my information more than once, and the coupon area was confusing enough that I wasn’t even sure if the discount applied. I ended up giving up before placing the order. I’d still consider coming back if they cleaned up the site a bit, because the products looked interesting, but the shopping experience itself really needs improvement

Checkout felt private enough, so I wasn’t too worried there. But the emails started coming in quickly, and then I had to dig around and change settings myself, which was kind of annoying. It’s not a terrible experience, I just wish they made the privacy options clearer upfront instead of making me do the extra work.

"Selection felt a little underwhelming"
I was hoping there’d be more variety, but a lot of it felt like the same few items just in different colors. Some sections had tons to look through, while others felt empty... Prices weren’t bad, but I still had a hard time finding what I actually wanted, so that was kind of disappointing.

"Wrong items and way too many reminders"
My order showed up missing two things, and there was also an item in there that I never even picked. I reached out to customer service, but it took forever to get a real answer, and it still wasn’t fixed properly. On top of that, the reminders they kept sending felt really aggressive, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Not sure I trust them anymore"
I’ve ordered from adameve.com a few times, the first couple of experiences were fine. But my most recent order left me feeling unsure about them. The shipping updates were slow, and when I reached out to customer service, the answers felt kind of vague. I was really expecting clearer instructions or at least a better explanation of what was going on.
After that, I also started getting way too many emails, even after I tried to unsubscribe. Nothing seriously terrible happened, but the whole experience just made me less comfortable ordering from them again. I don’t fully trust the brand like I did before...

"Wouldn’t Trust the Sizing Again"
Bottom line, I’m returning it and probably won’t order from here again because the sizing was just that far off. I ordered my usual size and even checked the size chart beforehand, so I really thought I was being careful.
When it arrived, it felt at least two sizes too small and just didn’t fit right at all. It’s frustrating since I already paid for shipping and now have to go through the return process.

"Item arrived broken and support was useless"
My order showed up in a crushed box, and one of the items wouldn’t even turn on. I tried swapping in fresh batteries just to make sure it wasn’t me, but nope, totally dead. I reached out to customer service and it took them days to get back, only to basically give me the runaround. after that, I don’t really trust their support to actually help if something goes wrong. Not worth the hassle, and I won’t be ordering from adameve.com again.

"Hard to trust the prices anymore"
I used to feel like I was getting a fair deal here, but lately the prices just feel way too high for what you actually get. It’s made me lose some trust, because I’m not sure the value is there anymore.

"Support was okay, but a little confusing"
I had to reach out to customer service because there was an issue with my order, the first response kind of threw me off. It felt like a copy-paste reply and didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I wasn’t sure if they fully understood the problem. I had to message them again before it actually got sorted out. They were polite, which I appreciated, but the whole thing took longer than I expected and was more confusing than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I was shopping on there the other night while half-watching TV, and they definitely had a bunch of promo codes listed. The annoying part was that a few of them didn’t apply to the stuff I actually wanted, so I had to keep trying different ones at checkout. I did end up saving a little money, which was nice, but it took more effort than I expected.
